FAQ: Is it secure to order from this site?

 

Answer: Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 256-bit encryption.

FAQ: When will my credit card be charged?

 

Answer: Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.



3.

FAQ: What is your return policy?

 

Answer: To return any part of an order, an RA# must be requested by email within 5 Days of receiving the order.

 

Purchases must be returned in new condition (you may try the item on for sizing purposes, but it must not be worn) with original packing material.

 

Return shipping charges are the customers responsability.There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted fom your credit amount.

 

If there is a defect or a mistake was made on our part, Challenger Martial Arts will pay the return shipping via USPS or UPS and there will not be a restocking fee.

FAQ: What is your exchange policy?

 

Answer: We will allow exchanges for sizing purposes or color exchanges. There will not be a restocking fee or penalty charge, however, all shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Please strive to order correctly the first time. You must request an RA# within 5 days of receiving your order.

FAQ: What shipping carrier's do you use?

 

Answer: Most of our orders are shiped via UPS. Some products such as martial arts puzzle mats or bounce bags, require freight shipping which varies but is typically UPS Freight Shipping.

FAQ: Do you have a physical store or is it only online?

 

Answer: We do not have a physical location. We have two warehouses, one shipping from New Jersey and one from California. Our North Palm Beach, FL location is a sales office only and does not keep inventory.

FAQ: Do you offer free shipping?

 

Answer: No we do not. Free shipping is misleading. When a site offers free shipping, it's because they have worked the cost into the price. We would prefer to offer special pricing discounts and % off specials so you know you really are getting a deal.
